Roman Kravtsov

Roman Vasilievich Kravtsov was born in 1978. In 2003, he graduated from the Novosibirsk State Technical University with a specialty: Computing Machines, Complexes, Systems and Networks, and in 2006 he graduated from Novosibirsk State University with a specialty: Organization Management.

From 2004, he worked at Siberia Branch of Rostelecom PJSC, where he consistently held the positions of Head of Sales, First Deputy Director - Commercial Director of the Branch, Deputy General Director - Director of Rostelecom Siberia Branch. In 2011, he transferred to Rostelecom corporate center in Moscow, was Director of the Department for Innovations Implementation, Executive Director - Director of the Innovation Center.

From March 2013, he performed as an Acting Vice President for Innovative Development at Rostelecom, and was also Vice President for Information Society at Rostelecom. In 2014 - 2015 he was General Director of 7Intek CJSC. Prior to joining TTK, in April 2015, he held the position of Managing Director of the Information Technologies and Operations Division at The Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending JSC.

Vadim Mikhailovich Kondratov was born in 1969. In 1991, he graduated from the A.F. Mozhaysky Military-Space Academy after which for 9 years he served in the ranks of the Armed Forces (1991-2000). Upon transferring to the reserve, he held senior positions in commercial IT companies.

In 2007, he was appointed Deputy General Director for Technical Affairs of CenterTelecom OJSC, and in April 2011 he became Deputy Director of the Central Macroregional Division - Technical Director of Rostelecom PJSC.

From 2014, prior to work at TTK, he was an Adviser to the Head of the Telecommunications Representative office of Waarde Capital B.V. (Netherlands). Master of Communication.

Alexander Valentinovich Izmodenov was born in 1950. In 1972, he graduated from V. N. Obraztsov Leningrad Institute of Railroad Transport Engineering with a specialty: "Construction of railways, tracks and track facilities". From 1972 to 1974 he worked at the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant.

From 1974 to 1999, he served in state security bodies, Lieutenant General of the reserve.

In 1999, he took the position of Vice President - Head of the Economic Security Department of JSC TransTeleCom Company.

Irina Aleksandrovna Kulnacheva was born in Moscow. Graduated with honors from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a specialty: Clinical Psychology. In 2003 - 2011 worked at Arthur Hunt, a company specializing in personnel consulting, evaluating and searching for managers and experts in the field of high technologies, financial services, and consumer goods production.

For eight years in Arthur Hunt, Irina has consistently upgraded from a Consultant to the IT-Telecom Department Director. Since 2011, she has successfully developed her own consulting project on HR-support for IT- companies. Worked out solutions on organizational structures formation, took on projects on assessment and selection of management teams, and analysis of motivation systems. She cooperated with the major IT and telecommunication companies in the Russian market.

She joined JSC TransTeleCom Company in the position of Adviser in February 2016; already in May 2016 she was appointed Head of the Human Resources Department.

In May 2018, she was appointed Vice President for Organizational Development and Personnel Management.

Anton Arkadyevich Bykov was born in 1975. In 1996, he graduated from the Law Faculty of Natalia Nesterova New Humanitarian University, a Bachelor in Law degree. In the period from 1996 to 2009 he worked in legal services of various companies in Mass Media and Telecommunications sectors, including the structures of such major holding companies as Media-Most and JSFC Sistema. Provided legal support to a number of Gazprombank investment projects. From 2008, he worked at a Russian law firm Ivanyan & Partners, where he was responsible for legal support of a number of key investment projects implemented as a part of a private-public partnership. In December 2009, he headed the legal service of CTC Media holding the position of Legal Affairs Director. In August 2014, he was appointed Director of Legal Affairs and Corporate Relations at VimpelCom PJSC. Since June 2016 - Executive Vice President for Legal Affairs and Corporate Relations of VimpelCom PJSC. Since April 2017, he has joined the team of JSC TransTeleCom Company, where he currently heads the Legal and Corporate Affairs Division.

Since April 2017, he has joined the team of JSC TransTeleCom Company as an Adviser to the President; in June 2018 he was appointed Vice President for Legal and Corporate Affairs.

In 1994 Vladimir Vladislavovich Voevodsky graduated with honors from The Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Faculty of Robotics and Complex Automation, in 2009 -The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration with a specialty: State and Municipal Management. From 1994 to 1999, he held senior positions in various commercial organizations. Since 1999, he has held senior positions at structural divisions of JSC RAO UES of Russia. In 2001, he transferred to Federal License Centre Under State Construction Committee of the Russian Federation, where he consistently held the positions of Deputy General Director and First Deputy General Director. In 2013, he was appointed Adviser at Federal State Unitary Enterprise"Spetsstroyinzhiniring" (subordinated Spetsstroy). From May 2015, prior to joining TTK, he held the position of Managing Director - Head of the Office of The Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending JSC.

Vladimir Voevodsky was awarded the title "Honorary Builder of Russia". In February 2016, he was appointed Senior Adviser to the President of JSC TransTeleCom Company.

Roman Vladimirovich Gromyko was born in 1981. In 2003, he graduated from Novosibirsk State University with a specialty in Mathematics, and in 2007, he acquired his second higher education in the specialty: Organization Management.

Since 2004, he worked at Rostelecom Siberian branch, where he upgraded from a Sales Manager to Commercial Director. In 2011 he was invited to Rostelecom corporate center in Moscow. As Executive Director - Director for Federal Projects, Roman Gromyko supervised implementation of IT projects in the interests of federal executive bodies.

Since June 2014, he has developed a private healthcare project.

In 2016, he started work at JSC TransTeleCom Company as Head of Department for Federal Projects.

In May 2018, he was appointed Head of the Strategy and Business Development Department.

Sergey Valeryevich Yakovlev was born in 1978. In 2001, he graduated from Saint Petersburg State Institute of Technology with a specialty: Technical Physics.

He has been working in the telecommunications field since 1998. Prior to joining TTC Company, he held the positions of Head of Department for Work with National Providers at Rostelecom PJSC, Commercial Director at Start Telecom JSC; in 2008 he transferred to the VimpelCom Group of companies, where until June 2010 he was Director for Interaction with National Communications Providers.

Elena Vladimirovna Zadorozhnaya graduated with honors from Moscow Law Institute with a specialty: Civil Law, and from International University of Nature, Society and Man with a specialty: Linguistics and International Communication. In 2013 she acquired an MBA diploma at MIRBIS (Moscow International Higher Business School) with a specialty: Personnel Management and Organizational Development. She has successful administrative experience in Russian and foreign companies. From 2007 to 2011, she participated in development of a representative office in Russia and organized performance of the administrative and HR Divisions of Limitless LLC. In 2011, she headed the administrative complex of Medsi Group of companies. From 2012 to 2013 she took the position of Administrative Department Deputy Director at JSC "Rosselkhozbank". From 2013 till joining JSC TransTeleCom, she headed the administrative function at Rigmora Holdings Ltd.

In August 2016, she was appointed the Administrative Department Head at JSC TransTeleCom Company.

Sergei Vladimirovich Obidovsky was born in 1977 in Lipetsk. In 2000, he graduated with honors from the Military Institute of Government Communications of the Federal Agency for Government Communications and Information under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in Multi-channel telecommunications systems of government communications. Since 2009, he has been an Adviser in the Moscow Informatization Department. From 2010 to 2015, he worked as a Department head in IT companies, after which he worked at RT–Invest Transport Systems LLC as a Department Director – Deputy Technical Director. Since 2016, he has served as Deputy General Director of RT – Project Technologies JSC. He has been working in TransTeleCom Company JSC since 2017.

Irina Olegovna Posevina graduated from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with a degree in Accounting, Control and Analysis of Economic Activities.

In 2009, she received the Qualification Certificate of the Fund "Institute of Stock Market and Management" in securities management. In 2015, Irina Olegovna graduated from the Non-State Educational Institution for Further Professional Education "Institute of Advanced Training" in the field of Management of the Internal Control System. In 2017, she received the Diploma in internal audit from the British Institute of Professional Financial Managers — IPFM (UK).

Prior to joining TransTeleCom, Irina Posevina headed the Internal Audit Department at Rosseti PJSC, held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Eko-Mechanika LLC and Director of Internal Audit and Risk Management at RT-Capital LLC.

Previously, she worked for six year in the position of Director of Internal Audit and Risk Management – Chief Auditor at Federal Hydro-Generating Company RusHydro PJSC.

From 2005 to 2010, Irina Olegovna was Deputy Director of Internal Control – Head of Internal Audit, Controlling and Risk Management Unit at INTER RAO UES PJSC.

Since 2009 she is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

He was born in 1989. He graduated from the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

​Since 2008, he worked at Technoserv company - the Russian largest system integrator. Priority areas are the implementation of large, socially important projects for the implementation, development and outsourcing of information and communication infrastructure, information security systems, energy and engineering systems, application platforms of a large enterprise and industry scale.

​Konstantin Boltrukevich has worked his way from presale manager of biometrics technologies to deputy director general of industries. Under his direction, the share in the company's revenue in the Industry field has grown significantly.

​In 2020, he took up the position of Advisor of the Deputy Director General of Commercial Activities at Company TransTeleCom JSC.

Sergey Yuryevich Kozerod was born in Khabarovsk, graduated from the Far Eastern State Transport University, and is a Candidate of Economic Sciences. He began his career at Elektrosvyaz OJSC in the Khabarovsk Territory, went through a consistent growth in the organization to the position of Deputy Branch Director.

​Then he held key leading positions at the regional branches of Dalsvyaz OJSC, MTS PJSC, VimpelCom PJSC. From 2015 to 2018, Sergey headed the Department for Work with Corporate and State Customers of Rostelecom PJSC. From 2018 to 2020, he was Director of the Department for Work with Business Market of the Moscow Region at MTS PJSC. In December 2020, he was appointed Head of the Department of Business Development in the Enterprise and Government Market.

Larisa Valeryevna Rogova was born in Novosibirsk. She received her higher education at the Siberian Academy of Public Service, specializing in state and municipal administration and management. Before joining TransTeleCom, she worked for 15 years in management positions in companies in the communications industry, including Rostelecom, MTS, and others.

In 2021, she became Head of the Office of the General Director and then head of the Administrative Department of TransTeleCom Company JSC.

Alexander Romanov has higher education in economics and finance, as well as an Executive MBA from London Business School and Columbia Business School.

For many years, Alexander Romanov has held senior positions in companies in the transport industry and industrial enterprises, where he successfully supervised large-scale tasks to manage resources and improve financial performance. As a deputy head of the corporate finance department of Russian Railways, Alexander was responsible for financial planning and budgeting process. Subsequently, he held the position of Deputy Managing Director of the Trading Company at EVRAZ Holding.
Since 2020, Alexander Romanov worked as Director of Strategy and Development at Freight Car Repair Company “VRK-3” (now OMK Steel Way). Alexander joined the TTK team in 2022.
